core fitness

In my class we need to do core fitness. These are the types of fitness we do, beep test, skipping, 12 min runs, depth jumps, hurtles, shuttle runs, sprints, and more.

I like doing the beep test because its a 20 meter run backwards then forwards and It gets faster and faster and harder and harder untill you cant get past the line then you are out.

I hate doing 12 min runs because you need to run around the map as many times as you can in well 12 min ans im a sprinter so it is really hard for me to run non stop for 12 minutes

In our core fitness I may find some things eazy or fun but others are really hard and whent we do them I try to be sick.

Mr Wynne please stop this crazy core fitness I hate most of it.
